AWARD CONFERMENT CEREMONY

Awards will be conferred at a red carpet, five star ceremony. Date, venue and time to be communicated.

ATTENDANCE
The ceremony will be attended by the top three vote winners in each sector, as required under our terms and conditions for being recognized as a winner or first/second runner up; by top tier government officials involved in economic governance, business promotion regulation and facilitation; by top tier civil society leaders and traditional rulers; by the international and local media; by recognized top tier economic/business commentators and analysts; by representatives of the international diplomatic community in Ghana and resident representatives of multilateral economic/business organizations; and by selected corporate chieftains who accept to book tables at the event

EVENT ACTIVITIES
The ceremony will, in addition to the actual conferment of awards, comprise keynote addresses by top tier representatives of government the organized public sector and the diplomatic corp. Attendees will be treated to a three course buffet dinner and accompanying drinks and will receive an array of event souvenirs. They will also be treated to entertainment in the form of live music and dance and stand up comedy.
The event is structured in such a way as to maximize networking opportunities among attendees.

BOOKINGS
With the exception of our special invited guests and the media, attendees will be required, upon invitation to book corporate/institutional tables at the event. Limited individual seats will also be available. Bookings will be in the following categories:

• Table for six;
• Table for four;
• Half table for three;
• Individual seating [very limited space available]

Cost of bookings will be announced before the end of voting, after which table bookings will commence. Please note that a total of 500 people can attend the event, inclusive of our special guests so tables and individual seats will be allocated on first booking, first accepted basis and when all allocations have been taken, no further bookings will be accepted.
